All sales are FINAL, we may offer an exchange if needed, item must be unworn and in original condition. I purchase supplies from out of state, I pay for shipping and the item once an order is placed, so it is only fair that the buyer follows through with the transaction as well. It is the responsibility of all prospective buyers to read the Shop Policies prior to making any purchases. Any purchases made are an agreement to the policies of our shop, as any retail establishment.
EXCHANGES: We do offer exchanges of different sizes, however, please note that it may take an additional 3-4 weeks for us to send the correct size. Thus, please make sure to order the correct size. We currently sell 2 different types of shirts, their sizing is not identical.
Our V-necks are Junior Size, and run small. We recommend ordering a size up for your standard shirt fit, and two sizes up for a loose fit.
Our tank tops are true to size and are a more relaxed fit.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to assist you. Also, any exchanges made must be in original condition/unworn/undamaged as the item was sent to you, and item must be received by us no longer than 2 weeks after delivery.
ITEMS THAT SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE ARE NOT VALID FOR EXCHANGE BECAUSE WE CANNOT RESELL THEM TO CUSTOMERS.
If you exchange an item for the correct size, please note that we do require the return shipping be paid by the BUYER.
Please understand that we invest a lot of time and effort into each order, and we will do the best to make sure you are satisfied.
While this rarely happens...If an item is lost, stolen or damaged while in transit via USPS, and insurance was not paid for by the buyer, then we are not held responsible. Once we ship an item, it is no longer in our hands, all inquiries must be addressed to USPS.
If a customer decides to refuse their package, they are forfeiting their items and will not receive a refund.
